COMMANDER’S EVALUATION: Down time today: 18.5 hrs.  Transitioned to full reliability on mechanical ventilation as of 192215ZMAR2017. Now 3 months since significant cardiovascular event, possibly due to digoxin pharm induction. Caffeine eliminated d/t cardiovascular impedance.
